Read JA Konrath's blog Should e-books be cheap?
He makes some excellent comparisons to the music industry and in my opinion he 'gets' piracy and how to avoid it.
If only I had a damn e-reader already...

I think Whiskey Sour is the book I bought when Linda and I happened to be in Barnes and Noble when 5 writers were there. If it's the book I'm thinking of, it's one of the worst written books I have ever started to read. Don't take his writing advice about anything.
